HeartGold is the earliest Pokémon game that I still have any kind of record for. I actually thought this team was lost to time when I was unable to find my copy of HeartGold for years, but one day I actually found the game by chance and quickly booted it up to see them again. I still luckily have the team itself on one of Pokémon's cloud storage services, because I have once again lost track of the actual cartridge for HG itself, as well as many others.
My HeartGold team means a lot to me, and it's the first time I hadn't recklessly restarted a Pokémon game the moment I completed it, wanting to re-experience the story again and again. Looking at you, Pokémon Platinum... Instead, I held onto this team for much longer than I normally would have at that time (being 12 years old), and they still mean a lot to me to this day. In fact, remembering this team as fondly as I have is what inspired me to make these pages in the first place. :> And thus, I have begun to archive my teams so I have a record- and so others can see those records, too!
